About Our Founder

Caroline Yarnall founded Acuity Talent Acquisition in 2007 after her partnership for 12 years with Corporate Development Sevices,Inc., an Atlanta based recruiting firm. Caroline manages the quality initiatives of Acuity’s talent acquisition services and is a Certified Personnel Consultant, ensuring Acuity’s client searches are directed with most current of industry standards and regulations. She manages every function of the talent acquisition team and the quality of deliverables to Acuity’s clients. She directs the consulting side of the business and plans to expand the company’s national presence with multiple locations within the next five years.

Ms. Yarnall has over 25 years of industry experience and possesses multiple certifications and industry recognitions including the Million Dollar Hall of Fame, CPC designation, and both National and Georgia Personnel Services leadership recognition. She has been quoted in several articles on attracting key talent and is a recognized leader in the community volunteering her time to help others find needed employment.

Caroline graduated from UNC-Chapel Hill in 1990 with a degree in Business and is an active member of the Alumni organization.
